I have a conviction for travelling on a train without a ticket from 25 years ago when a kid..... went to court etc etc.
I am seeking house insurance and note that the question is asked "have you ar anyone in the house EVER been convicted blah blah....."
My question is with regards to the word ever..... when are convictions spent... should i or do i have to let them know ablout something that old???
