I saved myself £50

I have a wedding in Sept and I saw a dress (from Phase 8) that I loved but was £99. A couple of weeks later it was reduced in a John Lewis sale to £79 so I bought it. This was back in about April and it's hung in my wardrobe ever since.
Then, I saw that Phase 8 had a massive sale and my dress was only £30 and I was soooo mad! But then I realised that JL has an unlimited returns policy so I simply bought the dress in the sale and returned the JL one.
Yippee! Just wanted to share my triumph! And also to say, I love that John Lewis policy!!!

I would say it is the obligation for the consumers to stand up for their own rights and good.
We as consumers ought to know the rules of the deal.Otherwise retailor might impose on us.
