  • But - charging them takes electricity - generated by power stations pumping of CO2. Best way to charge is a solar or wind charger - if you want to be "green"!

there was an offer of recharger plus 4 batteries at £3
The rechargeable batteries are always pretty cheap at any time at £2.75

I didn't think INXS existed anymore since that Michael Hutchene (sp?) guy died...?

Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"

Not particularly cheap, but good for travellers:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Uniross-Globe-Trotter-Battery-Charger-4-AA-2300-mha_W0QQitemZ300096881250QQihZ020QQcategoryZ48618QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Takes AAA/AA, folds up when not in use and comes with interchangeable plugs so you don't need a separate travel adaptor.

They are still around, they've got a new singer and have a single out at the moment.
