    But - charging them takes electricity - generated by power stations pumping of CO2. Best way to charge is a solar or wind charger - if you want to be "green"!

    The Uniross charger & batteries in the first line of Martins original post has been reduced from £7.29 down to £6.18. At the time of writing this it was still available direct from Amazon.
    Ye'!, And!!?. How am I supposed to know?

    Somebody did mentioned about Energizer charger for £3.99 at sainsbury
    I got one last week (from Solihull)
    did I mentioned it was 4+2 AA batteries

    ive had a solar charger and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone unless they live in the desert and are charging LOW capacity batterys

    dont let this discourage you its just my oppinion/personal experience

    Takes AAA/AA, folds up when not in use and comes with interchangeable plugs so you don't need a separate travel adaptor.
