Why haven't ebay removed this?

Small thing really but this is obvious keyword spamming and an inappropriate picture in the description. I have reported it twice for both but it's still there. I thought ebay were cracking down on keyword spamming?

I'm not sure that counts as keyword spamming, although technically it is, it's usually if it is a copy of a brand name or nothing to do with the product that they would be that bothered, so where someone could be misled that they are buying another product. I doubt anyone seeing that would think they were buying 'Shameless'
There are similarities in the two programmes, although 'The Braithwaites' was much more middle class!
I'd agree about the picture though, seems pointless and off putting..0 -

In my experience the only way to get items removed for keyword spamming is to use live chat. When you report items using their system, it doesn't give you an option to state why you believe a seller is keyword spamming. When ebay staff therefore look at a report, it is often not easy for them to see what the issue is - although they could overcome this by giving members the option to state the words being spammed. Whilst "like Dior" is easy to spot, using "shameless" isn't, especially if the staff are overseas and have never heard of it or the DVD being sold. I doubt they even get as far down the page to see the video being shown!
If you do use live chat, prepare to spend a while dealing with the matter. I've only reported sellers where keyword spamming has affected my sales. Otherwise I wouldn't bother because of how time consuming it is!0 -
A lot of categories have 'like' as an automatic removal for keyword spamming, I'd assume media categories aren't one as 'Some Like It Hot', for example, would never sell. I can't see why this listing is such a problem to anyone, I'd rather Ebay spent time pulling listings that were fraudulent or potentially a problem to the consumer..0

It's not really terrible keyword spamming and not going to do too much harm. I agree with RFW - eBay's customer service is overstretched as it is.
I agree about the picture though ."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
