I went overdrawn yesterday by £1.27 and put money into my account the same day so i wasnt overdrawn but today the same thing has happened, i'm overdrawn by £2.27 and i've moved money into the account again so i'm not overdrawn.
Will i be charged for this? I accept i went over and am happy to pay charges but would like to know how much it would be and when they will take it out? Its never happened to me before.
I go away on friday and dont want to be left with less money of they take anything out.
I've tried looking on their website but i keep getting up info on personal reserve but i dont know if i have this or not.
TIA

I have an account with FD and Lloyds, with both of those if you put money back into the account to bring it in to credit on the same day then you dont get charged.
However they do have different time restrictions - ie, with FD account i have till 11.45pm i believe to pay in but with Lloyds i belive it to be 3.30pm.
I havent needed to do this for some time so cant be entirley sure those times are still correct....and also not barclays!
But what my point is - i think most banks work on that principle but with varying times.
I would ring barclays and find out.
Also as much as you say you are happy to pay the charges - if you havent been over your limit recently and dont make a regular habit of it, i would ask them to drop the charges on your account as you bought it back in to credit.
I have done that with FD in the past and they have dropped them (even if balance was not bought into credit same day. But again ... not recently and obv no guarantee!!
Good luck though....worth a call!2019 Totals: Savings: £929.53 / Mortgage OP - £746.32
