What experience do people have of this company ? they impossible to get rid of once they have you signed up and their tactics are both aggressive and threatening.

Thanks for the advice.
I don't see any way out of it - cant even seem to get rid of them.
I would never have agreed knowingly to 25% - and they never ever provided me with an executed contract or any correspondence flagging up issues - be warned avoid them at all costs0 -
hi,
did you sign anything with them? the 25% should be in the contract?0 -
Unfortunately yes signed and returned to them - never kept a copy - just assumed they would write back confirming things in writing ie terms and conditions and outlining cooling off periods etc, no such luck.
Now they want there pound of flesh for a couple of letters !0 -
hi,
apologies but there is nothing you can do now, you will have to pay the 25% otherwise it will get messy by taking you to court etc.
you may also want to get them to send a copy of the contract, you most likely agreed to pay them 25% of ANY PPI claim you make in the future too!0 -
there is a way to get rid of them permanently.
Pay them what you agreed to pay them and they will be off like a shot, never to be seen again.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

lol true, unless they come back for more if theres another successful claim! - not sure if you can terminate their contract once you have paid them for this claim, will be in the terms and conditions - you def want to get these again before you consider making more complaints (if you are going to)0
