Looks like all usual terms, but as usual read the small print before committing to list in case any new terms have been added.

If you follow my link all questions about eligibility, numbers etc should be shown by ebay.

    I know that as a business seller I am supposed to hate Free Listing Weekends, but I don't. This is because it generates traffic for the site, and once the free listings reach their end, the users then have a pot of cash in Paypal to spend on buying my items.
