MBNA Balance Transfer Offer

in Credit cards
I have noticed on the MBNA website the credit card offers new customers 0% interest on balance transfers for 20 months with a 2.85% handling fee.
It says to qualify balance transfers must be made within the first 60 days of opening the account.
Does anybody know when this 60 days begins?
Is it the day you phone up and are accepted, or when the card is received and activated?
Thanks

60 days from the moment account is opened, so if you apply online and get a straight acceptance then the 60 days start from that time.0

Yes. The account would be open before you receive the card.0
