Halifax Reward Account - Payment Declined

My HRA has been open for a week or so now and I have been doing the old switcheroo £250.00 at a time... until tonight, when the payment back to my other (non Halifax) account was declined.
Along with the declined notice and a reference number, the following message was displayed:
For your security, we’ve signed you out of Online Banking and temporarily suspended access to your account.
An advisor from our payment verification team will contact you shortly to discuss your payment request.
If your payment is urgent and you want to speak to an advisor now please call 0845 602 2160.
Have I been rumbled, or does this happen often with this account?

They cant rumble you unless you break the terms and conditions. I don't thin you have... I must say they sign me out all the time, it's annoying!0

They just suspect fraud/money laundering. It's a new account, and some of the first transactions taking place are multiple payments to the same account, made in quick succession. Bound to look suspicious to an automated system.
Once the system 'learns' your own typical behaviour, then it'll let them through with no problems.0
