I got my Amazon voucher about the next day, I almost fell over when I opened it because it had come so quickly.0

Joined this on 13-Sep and just got to 3250 points, initially the points were added weekly, but then it slowed to monthly and varied from 250 to 1000 points a time.
Does anyone know how long the vouchers take to arrive, we're completely skint at the mo and some supermarket vouchers would be v handy!!
(or shall I just eat pasta for the next week and treat myself to something from Amazon?! haha!!)

got 1500 points. spent 1000. now my points since dec17 aint been updated.. either signed up a friend up and they account aint been activated.
anyone know whats going on. have sent them an email about points heard nothing, also my friend sent an email about account being activated but heard nothing either0 -
I've had 500 points credited on 3rd Jan and just, after a nosy around (and thanks to you) realised i can redeem what i've got for amazon vouchers. I have put in my order
I've not been with them too long but it does look like they've recently changed to crediting points once a month instead of every week/fortnight.0 -
still not heard nothing from them via email since Xmas none of my friends accounts have been activated. don't look to be honest as normally i got an email reply within 24 hours.
will see if my points get updated monthly as it will be a month nextweek

When I emailed them 18/12/12 about my account not being activated despite registering and having the app on my phone for a few weeks previous I didn't get a response till 28/12/12.
Which informed me that they were having a few technical issues and that my account was active and accumulating points. And they were hoping to have the issue sorted asap.
However as of todays date my account is still not activated so can't see what points I have gained.
I shall be emailing them again but if the issue is not resolved I shall just remove the app.0 -
Just an update for you, i finally got an email back so guessing must have a backlog of emails to go though
Yeah my friends account is still not activated yet either so not sure whats going on there but if it is due to a backlog due to the Xmas period then fair dos

mine appears to be ok, I cashed out again yest but my payments have been going in monthly now and not getting the email like I used to, to let me know the payment went in lol x0

I actually forgot about this and went onto my account to see I had enough to redeem a £10agc ... Nice suprise!!!Total Earned in 2013 for Online & Mobile Activities: £830
