A. The Meter software works by collecting usage information and sending the encrypted logs over a secure connection (https). The delivery of these log files is approximately 300-600 KB a month. In addition, when you download and activate the meter, it will download a file size of 260 KB and will produce two SMS messages for downloading/activation. The SMS messages and use of the wireless network may results in billable charges from your mobile operator depending on your rate plan.

I'd just like to point out that your monthly data is pretty much guaranteed to be 500MB (or 500,000KB), so that is a minuscule amount of data.

I just bought the brand new HTC Desire C running ICS 4.0.3 will this work on this handset? becuase previously I remember in a email conversation with nielsen and they stated they dont currently support ICS officially yet?

What handset and software version are u guys using?

Been using this for about a year and a half now. Get a voucher most months and won a quarterly prize once too.

Tip - If you have a phone that isn't on their list just pick one that is, app will still work. I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S2 and it wasn't on there list *might be now* and redownloaded app saying I had another phone and worked fine!

How do you get a voucher most months with this? I wanted an amazon but it will take ages to get the points needed

I set this up last night on my phone, Only problem is when i log into their website and click on incentives it says your account is not yet active.

How do i activate this? I have the app running on my phone.

Not sure how long it takes but it took a while for mine to show, i only realised it became "active" when they sent the monthly statement
