I don't think anyone needs to understand this. It is not part of the OP's problem. The materials have not been converted into any kind of useful deliverable for the OP.I cannot understand why their suppliers wont take the stock back for credit.
I doubt they would have bought anything that was not normal 'shelf stock' for a standard rewire job.
I am always taking stuff back for credit that is unused or when the customer has changed their mind over specs.
