Should have been collected on Tuesday 4th Jul - nothing
Re booked for Wednesday 5th Jul - again nothing
Now will try for a refund and book through a COURIER company

Something is the matter with Yodel/HDNL at the moment. Or at least in their Middlesex depots there is.

I've ordered 3-4 Amazon Prime deliveries over the past week or two, every single one has been delayed or experienced a problem. Not turned up, no tracking information available... Amazon have had to replace 3 of the orders. I have been on hold for 15 minutes now trying to trace an order.

I placed a collection on Monday 3 July like you for 4 July, for an amazon return, and it's logged but is stuck on the 'processing' stage, no confirmation and no collection in 48 hours, phoned up and got it booked in properly for tomorrow.

They're a waste of space.

Parcel2Go = very unfunny joke.

I use Parcel Monkey and send all items Parcel Force 24. Only cost a pound or two more and have had no problems yet.

Good luck getting a refund from Parcel2Go. You never know you may get someone in the company who can be bothered to do their job.
