Is Zenith Collections another incarnation of Debt Recovery Plus?

Just when I was thinking I'd had my last letter (a whole month has gone by since I received a reduced payment offer from DR+) I get another sad excuse of a letter from Zenith. If they're not one and the same company, they must be bed fellows as their PO Boxes are almost next to each other in Ashton under Lyne.

Oh well spotted! Claire Robinson and James Wilkinson have an identical signature. Louise Barker's is different but an expert graphologist would possible find similarities there too :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hey All,

I had to sign up just to vent my fury.

Well more laughable fury.

About 10 letters later I am at the point of Zenith Collections 'NOTICE OF INTENTION TO COMMENCE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS'

7 days earlier I had recieved my reduced rate of £80 saying I had 14 days...so now they have kindly reminded me halfway through that I have a further 7 days.

My offence happened back in 02.03.2012 for not displaying a closing date on my permit. It was left open ended as per my company (who UKPC) apparently serve to help....wont bore you with details but I had a funny experience when I caught the attendant red handed parking her unmarked Ford KA equipped with baby seat in the back parking in an UNMARKED bay AND.....without a permit. I confronted her stating that you were in contention of breaking your own rules and why should your unmarked car be an exception...she got in and drove away without so much as a peep. I foolishly couldnt get my phone out in time.


Anyhow...when will these morons stop pestering me?

I remember a short while ago getting some letters and mentioning about a possible fraud to them on the phone, they were not amused....

What !!!!ed me off is today I left work and saw about 5 new tickets plastered on various cars....they pick and choose when they come. About once every month! I left a few notes with peoples telling them just to ignore as they are bogus....

Looks like they are gender issues at their companies, think I might drop them a line with an image to see if it can be sorted lol
