Very probably not, it is an easy mistake to make when uploading pictures to Gumtree, you have the option of selecting images by highlighting a batch of images and uploading them at once, hence the option to check how the post looks before you submit it, poor wee boy, I am sure it was funny at the time getting the pic taken but I doubt he wants the world to see it.0

I have sent Mummy an email alerting her to the problem, to spare the wee boys blushes.
My sister did something similar on facebook she uploaded a picture of her gripping coins in her eyes, not a flattering picture, it was up there for 6 months before she realised it was in her album, after it came up in a casual conversation, she was shocked to learn that probably everyone she knew had seen it.0 -
Are you sure its a boy. I thought it was a girl with short hair.0

I think it is a boy but when I emailed the person who posted the ad I just referred to it as the picture of their child rather than risk offending them.0 -

Someone was selling some games and had managed to upload not only a picture of the games but one of their child and one of a bridge.0

I never heard back from them, the listing disappeared so I presumed they had taken it down, but as you have pointed out it is now accessible again.0
