Actually I DONT work for them. Maybe I git better service because I wasn't arrogant or rude??? I chose to defend them because they are very good at what they do and I have never had a problem with them but its clear from this thread that some of you just like to complain!

Hope you got your holiday sorted in the end, you must be very excited now if you did B-)
We have booked with F2F 3 times last one Aug 11 and found them great ( and I'm a pain, calling numerous times to change things etc) we usually book a 3 bed Villa knowing their are hardly any in Florida and always get upgraded to a 4 (but 1 year a six!!! We ran in it like we had won a gameshow lol)
They even gave me a number of a wedding company when we got married their (crownline...best day ever ;-) )
We want to go again in june and I've called them and left a message but got no reply, I've also noticed online its last yrs prices does anyone know if they are still operating?
Oh forgot to say we have never flew with virgin only thomascook from Manchester

Just booked our hol for June this year B-) carnt wait!!! We have booked our villa and car with F2F but got the flights slightly cheaper through sky scanner...
