Filling out a Joint Bank account form, in Ink... can i Write for 'both' of us?

When filling out a paper application form, for me and my joint account holder,

when filing out the writing in pen, can I fill out both answers (with them telling me the answers), and them signing their part?

(arthritis issues).

or do they need the answers with them writing/their hand writing? and mine in mine. ?

Of course you can fill the form in on their behalf.
Only thing I would suggest is to use black ink because many forms are scanned.
Make sure that the person you are filling in the form for reads it properly BEFORE signing.
