Watching Le Salvegeur (sp?) on Discovery Shed yesterday, and he said you could use tile primer on varnished wood if you wanted to paint it.
Has anyone tried this? Does it really work? (We have lots of varnished wood in the house, and the thought of having to sand it all fills me with dread)

Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
