Natwest Statements stopped?

Anyone else had problems with missing statements on Natwest Online?

Usually I get an email each month saying my statement is available, but not received anything since 30th May.

I presume it is all part of the previous technical system issues Natwest experienced last week.

I didnt get an email as usual, but when I looked, the statement had been generated, mine is generated on the 24th of each month, so it was right in the middle of all the problems, but it is there

I think the text and email alerts have been suspended at the moment.

I Know it has for balance alerts however im not sure if the statement generation alerts would be affected.

Statement production as a whole was suspended during the 'problems'. It still says that they were produced but none were actually posted out. I think the plan is to send out 2 months of statements on the next statement date.

Not sure exactly how this affects online only statements but I guess the transactions are still there to see but the 'proper' statement wasn't produced, hence no alert.

We have weekly (paper) statements on a business a/c, usually received on Thurs/Fri up to the previous Monday, and if we don't get anything this week we'll be missing two.

Update: with our weekly paper statements, the sheets for 25 June-2 July arrived in yesterday's post, so were received on time basically; but those for the week before (18-25 June, when the technical issues hit) didn't arrive till today.
