Some Help And Advice Please

About a month ago i ordered a battery for my mobile phone from a company that deals in them by post as i could not buy it over the counter . About 10 days later it arrived but it was the wrong model

I returned it to them with the details of the corrrect battery that was 17 days ago and i still have not heard from them . In the past few days i have contacted them by e-mail several times and they have not replied to my e-mails this is strange because they replied to my e-mails when i ordered the original battery

What should i do next ,, Thank You

Why, is it a premium number? You can always look up the number on Say No to 0870 for a geographica alternative.

Did you contact the seller before you returned it to aggre to an exchange?

Where did you buy it, how did you pay? Did you return it without telling them it was incorrect?

As rainbow says, can you not ring them?

Well your quickest and best solution will be by phone.

Other than that you will need to write to them.

With all due respect, it matters not what you understand, but more what gets them to respond.

    Ring them.
