I just have to share with everyone what a great bargain the ikea antilop highchair is. regular price around 12 pounds, tray is around 3 pounds, and you can buy an inflatable insert for around 3 pounds for when they are small. v stylish and minimal too, looks great in dining room, no bunny prints or anything! easily wipeable, great purchase. its the one they use in the restaurants too if you want to try it out first.

Hi
I have one of these, I agree they are great. Very easy to clean and we often dismantle it ( very easily) to take to my mums when we go for dinner.;)
Baby is over 2 now and it is still going strong.:D
Best buy I have made :j

yes, absolutely. Had one that lasted for both of my kids and we eventually sold it at a carboot for a quid! For all your first-time parents out there, this is an absolute bargain and practical to boot. I've just had a quick look on the Ikea website but there's no picture of it...Before you criticise a man, walk a mile in his shoes. Then, when you do criticise him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes.0

The chair part doesn't want to be displayed, think there's a problem with the website at the mo. But fab recommendation, we're planning to visit Ikea for a few baby items might pick one of these up too :jThe £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00  :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

We had this at my Mum's and another more expensive one here.
I love the Ikea one and if I ever manage to have another I will just buy one of them rather than an expensive one.

Thats a pic of the highchair if i have the right one. Looks great.
I personally had a tchibo highchair which was fab & not bad at about £35, I have 4 children & the chairs are all used now as they are like the stokke tripp trapp ones which are used as normal chairs after.
hope that helps

I've used this one for my DS and am ready to dust it off for my second child - due early April. Can also recommend the bibs, kids cutlery/cups/plates and the new wrap around baby towels also available at IKEA. Just bought the new baby towel and instead of the hood being in the top corner and wrapping the rest of the towel round it is in the middle of the towel, making it much easier to fully wrap up baby. Brilliant buy....0

I used this for DD and it was GREAT! Easy to use and clean.
Took it down a few days ago. Its still in perfect condition and is going up in the loft in case of a 'next time'!!2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0 -
Yup, I can vouch for this high chair too! When we had DD we were bought a quite expensive high chair and it was a nightmare - so many nooks and crannies where food would gather and could only be got out with some kitchen roll and a cocktail stick!!! This time around with DS we ditched the old (and by now knackered) highchair and went for the Antilop. Fantastic - bargain basement price and totally practical.
JxxAnd it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end0 -
IKEA used to do packs of 10 flannels for a quid which were perfect for mopping up baby sick, etc. That's Numberwang!0
