The change is the viewAllFlag= from false to true i.e. viewAllFlag=true

This seemed to do the trick for me (could have just been coincidence?)

I didn't need to do any of that, it worked for me straight off.

Didn't work for me clicking on the link and entering. I got the "not found" page. So I went to the home page, added my email for the £100 spree (a.k.a joining the mailing list), went back to the iPad page, this time it accepted my entry.
