I live near Glastonbury and during the nineties when it rained year after year my brother parked near the festival and sold about 2000 pairs of wellies in about 2 days. At the end of the festival the people who were going home by coach or train abandoned them at the station and 1 old farmer collected them all up, hosed them all down and sold them again next year. I went that same year and we had a caravan. When you stepped out in the morning the mud was up to the top of your boots within seconds. The children were about 8 and 10 and had a great time.
Its the pop up tents they all leave here. after everyone left there was over 100 tents left on one field apparently a lot of people cant get them down. or just cant be bothered a friend was clearing the site and had several vans of stuff to take to the car boot sale...0
