that's true. But it's only happened on small refunds for me:o it varies from SA and stores, like always with Mr T, always consistent

That's terrible. Must be organised gangs targetting the holidaymakers.
She'd probably fallen asleep as she'd been up all night travelling, but not a good start to the holiday. I just hope she keeps a close eye on her cash.
