When I popped to Sainsburys last night whoopsie hunting I wombled a £3 off £20 spend, I thought about getting a bottle of voddie, do I need anything else or will just 1 bottle of voddie (over £20) be enough for a BM voucher? If anyone knows please :)
Yep, you can just buy the one item. Just as long as you spend £20. good luck on the vodka hunt :D

My rule on nappies is as close to 10p a nappy as possible. Never pay more than 12p

hi, could you tell me which ones or the barcodes please as my store was not marked up as 50p. thanks

not sure of the barcodes as my haul from yesterday is in the loft now! I got 2 diifferent Loral leave in spray conditioners...one was the red bottle - damage control i think...the other was a yellow bottle with red lid. Theres a few different shampoos and conditioners too...250ml...yellow & white bottles, red and yellow bottles.....sorry not much help!

Try searching the thread for Loreal shampoo...theres been a few posts about it in the last couple of days, and a few people have written the full details with part barcodes on, so they will be more help!

Kadison - dont think anyone replied re Sharpies...check the main grabbit board....am sure there was a stationary post a few days ago where someone reported getting tons of stuff from Wilkinsons for 10p...including Sharpies! :)

Miss Laid - Yes you can just purchase 1 item and get a BM...no need to buy anything other than your vodka...as long as its branded, and it compares, you'll get your BM no probs :)

All caught up, now off to see my DD1 'graduate' from Playgroup...complete with cap and gown....so cute....am sure they'll be lots of tears!
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Can anyone recommend a tent- absolute novice! family of 5 and not tent putting up skills whatsoever:o- all advice gratefully received:)

Hi CJ - I think I have read on another thread that Tesco Direct have some good deals on tents

I hope you have fun and the weather improves!!!!

My first piece would be avoid the T's tents! Sorry Perranlady, but they just aren't worth the money no matter how cheap and would probably put you off camping for life!

If you are a family of 5, I would recommend at least a 7 berth tent, if you look at the sleeping spaces on the pictures of tents, they aren't very wide and usually based on a sleeping mat, not an airbed or the like so are quite small. And if you don't want to be on top of each other it's always a good idea to go a bit larger.

If you have no tent putting up skills, I would think a tunnel tent would be your best bet, they are really easy to put up. That's what we have now and it's so much easier than our last one to put up. Ours is up and fully pegged out in 30-40 minutes. They tend to have rooms at either end and living space in the middle or all the sleeping area at the back with the living space in front.

Also make sure you check the HH (Hydrostatic Head) that shows how waterproof it is. 1500mm is the bare minimum, but if you plan on camping in the UK where there is always a chance of rain I wouldn't recommend one with this rating. We have always gone for 3000mm and have never had any problems with leaking or anything like that.

This is the tent we are currently using http://www.outdoorworlddirect.co.uk/vango-breakout-800-dlx-tent-smoke-ocean-premium-tent.html
for myself, OH, 2 teenage boys and a 2 year old! Does us great, as the boys have seperate bedrooms and the room at the other end is big enough for our big airbed and DD's travel cot.

Ok, I'm going to stop now! Hope that helps a little bit!

I have just gone to the bathroom and my 2yo has put a whole pack of Loreal wipes and 2 toilet rolls down the bog.:o:mad::D
Its making me laugh and mad at the same time.See how the wife feels when she gets up.

Good idea, get the missus to tidy it up!!;)

Well I did end up giving it a go! :o :rotfl:
And it actually worked not too bad. Know what you mean about damaging the bag though, I had to make sure all the zips and metal ring and pin bits were tucked in. Don't know whether it would be worth the hassle though, but I do need to try and save as much space as possible.

The problem with vac packing camping gear to save space is how are you going to vac pack it on the way back!!
