There is no "reply" box showing on my iphone. I had to do a quote and then delete said quote (weird)

Hope someone can help (LTF i'm looking at you ;))

When Ts add clubcard points they scan receipt barcode to add the points. The S receipts have no barcode. Do they key in receipt details or just swipe your card and key in X number of points?

Also, i wombled a £50 cash receipt and a till spit for 160 pts wys 40. If i said i forgot my card could i get them to add the bonus points too? Just wondered if that was possible as it seems they might have to manually input the number of points

    Any help appreciated

Thank you for the post. What did you do if you don't mind me asking? Is this one of those "take it on the chin" moments or can you dispute the BM results?

I had a similar experience this morning. First I bought 5 packs of shandy - which returned just under £10 BM voucher AND a £2 wys £20. Went round again and got 7 packs of beer - messed up a bit by giving in the £2 wys £20 and then the 7 x £1.50 beer coupons which unfortunately took me below £9 so I couldn't use the BM off the shandy.Ended up paying £9.50 in real money. And then - BM coupon said price was the same so nothing back there.

I was a bit miffed cos the beer is certainly £1.50 on T's site so I trotted of to CS to explain that I didin't think their system was working very well cos I thought I had seen the beer a bit cheaper in T's (nothing too specific as I didn't want to make it look like a targetted shop - I was very discreet). Lovely lady was very apologetic - said the system didn't always work properly and asked if I would like to return them. I said 'yes please' but added it was a pity I would lose the coupons - fully expecting that they were now lost in the system. She said I certainly wouldn't lose them and that she would refund the whole £21 the shop had cost before coupons. She added that she should really put them on a gift card but would give me cash instead.

In effect, I got the cash value of 7 x £1.50 beer coupons plus a £2 till spit and I was delighted. I haven't got any beer but Ihave got 5 packs of shandy and they paid me £12.50 to take it away. Hopefully the glitch will come back online and I have still got 7 coupons left if it does.

Sainsbury are MUCH nicer than Tesco with refunds.

I've wondered the exact same as well as I wombled a 30pt receipt a few days ago but no barcode on the receipt to scan.

UPDATE: Just had a call from Sainsburys regarding their delivery. They guy asked me if i was going to be using the coupons against it  I said yes, I'd seen them in their magazine but apparently they've had some kind of notification this morning that it's now 1 coupon per person. Be warned!

Good afternoon all, hope your all well.

Noticed in Mr T ariel gel (I think it was 25wash) offer of half price expired yesterday but they had forgot to change the signs.

I asked yesterday (because I'm going to London) if any one knows if there are any cello mags near Kings Cross and also if there was any good MSE things to do whilst I was there, I don't know if anyone replied, I had to borrow HC's skipping rope and do some skim reading (probably cos of the hanlon(sp?) saga). Any answers on this would be much appreciated thanks.

If anyone has beer locally but no beer tokens, I might be able to help with that, my local had the mags but doesn't stock the beer, likewise if anyone has any "spare" lenor coupons, I can find the lenor but not the coupons.

Another day of torrential rain here in NE Scotland - oh the joys of British summer.
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.

Just back, via Sains. Found the beer, so duly bought 7, but BM the same - so thought about it at the car and went back for a refund-she gave me £21 back. Being an honest citizen, I said I didn't pay that much as I had used coupons-she said we can't give you your coupons back so insisted I had the money as that is how they do it! Well it is my local store.

Exactly what happened to me ! Great customer service.
