This is today's shop, I'm sticking to pretty much the same items mostly although I've dropped most of the Mullers as they are expensive and getting mainly cupboard staples that will keep.

I have to say I find the smart price rice pudding totally rank but for almost free who cares! I'm using wombled APG's to make up the extra cost and today's shop set me back 18p!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Has anyone been buying exactly 8 different items only? I am too scared in case one doesn't compare  so I buy about 13 or 14 each time.

    This is my fridge..

Evening everyone, Just caught up with the thread.:)

Popped into A's on the way home and happen to get there just as the F&V reductions were happening, managed to get some 4 bundles of fresh beetroot which has just finished cooking, 4 punnets of plums, 4 packs of exotic mushrooms, 2 packs of mushrooms and a loaf.
    All for 10p each.
Also got some large bags of fresh diced peppers, should have been over £3 but were reduced to £1.

Also got some more mullers and extra item to make up to the 8 needed for APG. No OJ with bits to be seen.
Muller's Still comparing as of 11pm and got a voucher for just over £3.

Decided to pop to M's also, nothing much in the way of reductions but did notice that

I cant believe its not butter is on offer at the moment.
£1.23 for 1kg tubs (better than half price)
Might work on APG if it compares?
Sorry if its already been posted.

Just got back from S i have plenty of magazines as picked up a full ream from a trolley by the exit, no beer left though, just shandy, i did think about getting the shandy but have 7 cases already and it just wouldn't get drank, so went on to T, no lenor small 14w or the orange 21w, Clover lite was however £1 but shelves empty.....
Tomorrow should be a good glitch day..... good luck everyone.

Celebrate...T's terms and conditions don't stipulate a maximum spend like Sainsbobs, but as well as the comparison item you have to have 8 different items. They don't mention 8 comparable items though.
For a comparison to be made, your shop must contain at least 1 comparable grocery product and at least 8 different items in total.
Has anyone tried it with just 8 different things? It would make it so much easier than having to guess what will compare or not.

I've been wondering exactly the same thing...in fact I'd started a list of good APG's for a shop of Asda v's Morrisons.

    I can't believe it's not butter 1kg £2.00 £1.23
    Mccain Mexican wedges £1.75 £0.99
Birds Eye takeaway chicken popstars 170g £1.99 £0.99
McVities galaxy cake bars £1.10 or 2 for £2.00 £0.65
Birds eye takeaway chicken strips 170g £2.98 £1.49

    Do A's compare Morrisons prices?
There could be some good savings on the above....especially if there's any mccain vouchers still around

    evening all, i so need a 5th fridge:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

lol i've been to Asda again:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

think i might take some OJ into work as i cannot squeeze a single drop more into my fridge:p

was it you that had the pdf's for the books fudge?
any chance i could have a copy, i so need to distract myself from glitching at the moment, already started on the pdf's the lovely Dr V sent me ;)

hope your feeling a better soon, hard to live with and love people who don't appreciate your worth

    :hello: Hello lovely lady :A

You make me chuckle :rotfl:5 blinkin fridges!!!

Yep I've got the pdfs for the Twilight series and I've also got the 5th book as a pdf which is Twilight from Edward's point of view. Unfortunately it was leaked onto the internet before Stephenie finished it and she hasn't had the heart to go back to it yet :(:(:( So it's only about 1/2 of the book but it's my favourite of the lot, utterly amazing :A

Of course you can have them :) They have several typo's but they're easily readable and if anyone else would like them, just PM me your email addy and I'll send them right over :A

I've started on 50 shades but I'm finding it weird :( Having read it in it's original state, it just seems wrong them having different names :(

.....and the last bit.....very hard to live with but I most certainly feel no love for them :) That vanished when they clipped my wings years ago.
FUDGE CAKE never never let anyone pull you down, you are a very caring and thoughtful person..take a look at Worry-warts signature "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt " and don't let those who are bitter and jealous get you down..:grouphug: when I first read this thread your posts were the ones that gave me the urge / confidence to actively join in..you're an :A

And now one for those who like a cheap but filling dinner
All whoopsied / value brands / coupon finds- slice potatoes and arrange in deep pie dish, add sliced onions and small knobs of butter bake for 15 minutes at 220. This makes the base of the pie
Then chop up cooked chicken and put in pan with sweetcorn and tin of mushroom soup and of course whoopsied mushrooms..heat through gently and pour over potato base. Cover all with defrosted whoopsied puff pastry..bake for 20 mins. Did intend to take photo but DH had served it up and was half way through before I got the camera out.. 1 pan 1 pie dish to wash up,,,washed down with RTC wine..result :T
