I have beer/shandy coupons and there is beer/shandy in Sainsburys but maybe not £20 worth tomorrow. Can anyone explain why you are going for a £20 shop. Is it solely just to get a £10 BM voucher in one fail swoop?

its because to get the Sainsbobs brand match you have to spend a minimum of £20 :)

Have to agree.. been thinking about this and it is only my opinion, but I dont think we should post pictures of stashes.. especially big ones..
..........Please dont think I am being judgemental or am writing out of jealousy as I have done very well out of all the glitches/coupons over the years and I love this thread and all on it.. I just wanted to air my view on the subject rather than say nothing..
Long may it all continue and much love

Absolutley agree..too many who either take and don't give or suck on the less than sweet grapes and spoil it for everyone !

LOL..let's keep stum on this one :lipsrseal

FUDGE CAKE never never let anyone pull you down, you are a very caring and thoughtful person..take a look at Worry-warts signature "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt " and don't let those who are bitter and jealous get you down..:grouphug: when I first read this thread your posts were the ones that gave me the urge / confidence to actively join in..you're an :A

Now ..reason for my late posts tonight..firstly been sorting out a new tariff for my phone...boy did that take some negotiation but got there in the end..then been trying to pick rasps and strawbs in between the rain:mad: also worked from home today so tried not to get too distracted ! Also cleaned out bathroom cupboards and attempted to put some semblance of order into all the gels/ shampoos/ toothpastes etc..gave up half way through and some still in the middle of the floor:eek:
And now one for those who like a cheap but filling dinner
All whoopsied / value brands / coupon finds- slice potatoes and arrange in deep pie dish, add sliced onions and small knobs of butter bake for 15 minutes at 220. This makes the base of the pie
Then chop up cooked chicken and put in pan with sweetcorn and tin of mushroom soup and of course whoopsied mushrooms..heat through gently and pour over potato base. Cover all with defrosted whoopsied puff pastry..bake for 20 mins. Did intend to take photo but DH had served it up and was half way through before I got the camera out.. 1 pan 1 pie dish to wash up,,,washed down with RTC wine..result :T
    If it's full price I don't buy it..if its 50% off I will consider it..if it's whoopsied and I have a coupon its in the trolly! ;)

this is what they look like 5f5fts.jpg

They are definately capped at £10 and, as far as I'm aware, they have never combined them.

And you can't spend two and get change! I tried today with the shandy. I'd got one for £9.95 and one for £7.50. I needed to pay about £15 and the SA said to give it a go but the computer said no!
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
