Sunday dinner: That looks great. I feel like eating that now:D

350 calories for the round bread. Just 10g of fat in that. Seabass around 300 calories. That is absolutely fine

    Brekkie is also very good.

I think overall a good day. It is fine to splurge as long as you do some readjusting to the remaining meals like you have done

I think your cholesterol will be coming down nicely

the chips weren't that nice actually which kind of spoiled the treat. They are normally good from that chippy too.

I might add to the calorie count with a bottle of rose now! :rotfl:

May well chuck myself back on my wagon for the week starting tomorrow.....that will help too.

    Good evening everyone.

I don't think this has been mentioned, as it's new in the last hour, but on the printable coupons thread, there's a link via Facebook for 50p off 2 litres of cravendale. Please thank the op on the coupon thread.

Direct link to Facebook, you have to like Thomas Cook and enter the competition.

Don't forget the 50p coupon in the Sainsburys magazine everyone is getting for the beer coupons! See I knew there was a reason to keep the milk coupons so why didn't I? :(

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
