oh and regarding the lurkers taking mags, I noticed on ebay there is a lady selling 30 of each coupon from the booklets for £12 (ie 30 lenor for £12, 30 febreze for £12 etc)..
Do you have a link as I did a search thinking ebay would be flooded and only found 1 person selling one booklet! :rotfl:0 -

So tonight I tried not to have too much but think I still fell foul of the saturated fat gods! I had half a balsamic and garlic round bread from T's....whoopsied of course....and a piece of bass straight out the freezer and into the over (the benefit of freezing them in foil!!).
When the fish was almost cooked I gave it a healthy sprinkling of pepper and a good drizzle of honey (just for a change). The sweetness of the honey offset the fish quite nicely actually. Might try that again.
Brekkie was a bowl of cereal and did have a bit of sarnie ham off the deli while out as it was whoopsied and i was a bit pekish.
So how did I do today Best Price?
Sunday dinner: That looks great. I feel like eating that now:D
350 calories for the round bread. Just 10g of fat in that. Seabass around 300 calories. That is absolutely fine
Brekkie is also very good.
I think overall a good day. It is fine to splurge as long as you do some readjusting to the remaining meals like you have done
