Thank you so much for this I haven't got any yet and I want some today!

Can anyone advise some other cheap items to make up the 8 please? Either things that compare favourably or things that compare and are dirt cheap? I was thinking along the lines of 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 carrot etc but does that work?

    TIA!

    Hi Smart1e

When I have been doing it i have been getting 7 different varieties of the muller light or muller corner with the OJ and this has worked

    Last night I got

    8 x Oj
    2 Muller light vanilla
    1 Muller light strawberry
1 Muller light cranberry and raspberry
    1 Muller light bananna
1 Muller corner with chocolate balls
1 Muller corner with chocolate flakes
    2 Muller corner with srawberry
1 Muller corner greek yoghurt with honeyed apricot

Total spend was £12.00 and apg back was £11.09 :j:j:j

Have you tried the beer at S yet ?

:(:(:(:( You shouldn't feel alone in this! Trust me, there are lots of us phone newbies out here but loads of techies too who can help! And the good thing is you got your phone locked so nobody can access anything on it!

Am I right, or does Apple have the 'cloud' thingy where all your videos and photos can be opened on your computer too?

Yes! Celebrate- all your stuff should be floating up there somewhere. DH used to have an iPhone (a hand-me-dowm) and when that broke he thought nothing of it, but then he got given an iPad (yes, we are a lucky!) and all the old apps and stuff magically appeared because it was still 'up there'.

There is always hope! Let's hope it works out sooner rather than later for you :o

just when you think things can't get any worse:(:(:(

my phones not covered with insurance:(:(:(:(
it's my old iphone 3 that's registered, i must be the thickest person on the planet beacuse i didn't realise my OH had updated to a new iphone 4 not an iphone 3, they all look the same to me:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

i know i should blame myself but OH never ever helped out with anything in my life so i'm blmaing him, he was the techie one who arranged all that sort of stuff, i feel soooooo alone:(:o

oh well pick yourself up and move on
it's not the money, i can easily do a few extra shifts and cover the cost, just the upset of it, now haven't got a clue about buying a new one, don't know a thing about phones

Hi celebrate. Sorry to hear about the phone. :(

If you're looking at getting a new one, then you could get this:

    http://www.phones4u.co.uk/shop/shop_contract_details.asp?ItemKey=569502&MPItemKey=569123&NetKey=2#offer_details

£36 per month on a 12 month contract with no upfront cost. That's what I'm on and I've had no problems. My bf went for the same deal too. You can get £50 cashback via Quidco/TCB and you can ring Phones 4 U within 7 days of receiving your phone and 'pretend' that you're thinking of cancelling the contract (i.e. during your cooling off period). They'll send you a £40ish cheque to keep you in the contract.

I've received my cashback plus cheque since then (and so has my bf) which means I've nearly had 3 months of my contract paid for. With Vodafone you get 3 months unlimited data for the first 3 months then it drops to 500MB per month. You can also upgrade your phone 50 days before your contract ends. My plan is to get the iphone 5 which should have been out for a few months by then so prices will have dropped. :D And you should get a decent return when you sell your phone to the likes of Mazuma, Envirofone etc. (approx. £160).

Or you could buy a used/new iphone off ebay and use the £10/month GiffGaff SIM (thanks to glitch hunter for the advice).
