Evening all.
Hope mrs3dogs is aswell as can be expected.
Had a rough day to day, a child in my daughters class had a go at her over me being off because her sister is in my class and 'I should get off my backside and get into school.' my dd normally let's anything go over her head but it really upset it her.
I was so annoyed, yes I had a few weeks off when my mum was dying and then 3 days more recently due toy father on law dying - 1 of which was the funeral.
It is obvious the comment came from the parent, I felt like asking to see her at the end of the day but don't see why I should hand to justify my personal life to her just because I am teacher.
Usually I don't let horrid parents get to me but talk about pick their moments.
I feel like they have all been slagging me off behind my back, 6 years at the school never had a day off for anything until my mum was ill this year and the first opportunity they are out for you.
Sorry for the rant, just got really upset by it today.
Sending you big cwtches floflo, sounds like it been a tough day, try and ignore it though, I know it's easy for me to say it but unfortunately there are some quite ignorant and unsensitive parents behind it who haven't got a clue! Chin up and don't let them get you down, you're better than that!Hello my name is nahteb20 and i am a T's Glitch & Bargainaholic.......0 -

50 shades of Chav.
"As he approached with those pasty white arms hanging out of his Gola vest, his smile told me it was benefit day and I knew my velour tracksuit would be hanging off the lamp shade tonight."
"It was Dwayne's birthday. I was preparing his special tea of Findus Crispy Pancakes and Pot Noodle. I would let him take me any way he wanted tonight. His favourite position was what he called The Dogs of War. Where he took me from behind and played Call of Duty at the same time."
"Our 6 week anniversary was approaching. This would be my longest relationship without becoming pregnant. I thought of this as he lay on top of me making love. His skinny arms straddled my head like breadsticks either side of an orange.
As I rubbed his whiter than white back I imagined every mole I felt was spelling out Braille for I love you"
As I stood in line at the Job Centre thinking of reasons I couldn't work, a sweet smell drifted past my pig like nostrils. It was a mixture of weed, B.O and Lynx Africa. I turned around and there was Dwayne. Our eyes met and he was soon lifting me onto the wheelie bins behind the Iceland. He had tied up his Staffy to block the ally way so we wouldn't be disturbed. There was a tramp watching but it just added to the mystery. I knew it was love and my life would never be the same."

I've had to reply to a few people saying the same thing over and over and it's wearing a bit thin. I said when I first posted on here that I'd lurked for ages and was never sure when was the right time to sign up as this is such a close knit thread. I just feel I'm being tarred as someone I'm not just becasue I'm from Northern Ireland and have an opinion which I find hard to keep in check sometimes.
I'll stay away from here for a while though as I dont want to cause any more grief.
worry-wart please don't stay away, I will be your friend.
