Can anyone help please. I have just found these in my lawn. They seem to have popped up over night. Does anyone know if they are safe to eat as my 2yr old plays out there and I don't want her eating them and becoming ill. TIA

    afternoon all
quick warning for anyone with a 4x4 landrover etc type car. a friend of mine had her catalytic converter stolen off hers the other night. police told her its very common aparently high vechilces are easy to nick them off the scum nip underneath with a little winding cutter and take it my friend has cctv and it took less than 10 mins to nick hers she was taking a friend to hospital the next day for a chemo appt and had to let her down. police even said that our local asd* had a team working its car park they wore high viz jackets looking like they were doing a break down and whipped the cats off while people shopped:eek:. our area is being targeted at the moment but they move round the country.
this is not an urban myth it did happen last week

any point in going to A's now?
or do we think the glitch has been mended?
would have got OJ & Yogs yesterday but my tiny A's was closed due to an"incident" - Police tape everywhere.

Oj & yogs worked for me today, think its the bold & wine not working so far
  • I have heard 23rd July :j:D Not long now, canne wait.

Cheers hun, I had heard the 21st, but you know what this place is like ;) :rotfl::rotfl:

Wonder if the OJ will still be around then?! I'm reading all your posts about APG's and getting jealous :rotfl:

Not long home, absolutely knackered, done over 500 miles this weekend, which when you have a 2 year old in tow isn't fun. But we're home now and I'm catching up in order to relax ;):D

With everyone doing so well, has anyone had anything other than OJ and Yogs back yet witha decent comparison?

As an aside, I'm attempting to slowly build this in the JTD Tesco mistakes too. I told everyone about the chicken a while back that compares £5 to £2.50, but I noticed the other day my already-reduced-to-half-price topside compared cheaper too (if only I'd known before the offer ended).

I always seem to see bread rolls comparing stupidly cheap too. I shall have to keep a running check. One I am trying fro yesterday is the tuna - I shall let you know the results of the trials! :rotfl:

All my toiletry glitches are stored in the old airing cupboard, no one but me knows they are there
the plastic shelving from argos, collapsed on my car  it took ages to clear the [STRIKE]debris[/STRIKE] stuff as i couldnt get in the car to reverse it out. the poor car looks like she has gunshot wounds, with all her little dents in the bonnet and roof.:(:(

Several years ago my DS1 fed these to DS2 when he was about 2 years old. After a frantic dash to A&E the toxins unit confirmed that while they are not considered edible they are not poisonous, and should you accidentally eat one it should be fine. Obviously I wouldn't encourage your DD to play with them, and personally I'd remove them but rest assured if you miss one she should be ok.

ETA: DS2 had no ill effects whatsoever.

    It's only a game
