Does anyone know where I can buy replacement touchpad buttons? I have been looking online but can only find used ones which I don't want. The 'left click' button is stuck in the 'down' position.:(

I wouldn't imagine anyone but Dell actually makes them and so you would either have to go to them and no doubt be charged a small fortune or go with used. Not really much market in it for anyone to bother making them.

You'll probably end up getting a used palmrest complete with the touchpad and buttons in. The buttons come as a complete unit with a little circuit board that is held onto the palmrest with a couple of screws and a ribbon cable. I think I sold my last set on Ebay for £10 or thereabouts.0

I use an external mouse and have disabled through the software the touchpad and buttons (This is very easy).
This will be much easier than buying a new one (Which will be very expensive from Dell), and then fitting it.0
