Reid Furniture giving me the run around!

New sofa and footstool delivered on April 13th, sofa and footstool fine and happy with it, until my son was on the floor and noticed the centre leg of the sofa was at an angle. We tipped sofa over to straighten the leg but noticed there was a fault with this leg as the plastic rubber of the leg which sits on the floor is at an angle and not flat so the leg is at an angle instead of perfectly vertical.
So the fiasco started, all we needed was a replacement middle leg, we could replace it ourselves. Contacted Reid in May (exact date unknown as at this point didn't realise it would turn into a farce) spoke to Adam, he informed they need to get a part number and a new leg would be sent out, heard nothing then rang back following week and spoke to Kerry, same thing, then rang on 14/6/12 (started taking dates from this point) and spoke to Kelly she wanted to send someone out, told her no way you could have done that 3 weeks ago, she advised still getting the part number, again heard nothing. Spoke to Arun 20/6/12 told him the story lo and behold no phone call back. Spoke to Ben (team leader) on 25/6/12 he agreed unacceptable leave it with him, he did ring back 27/6/12 to say it should be with me soon, nothing arrived so rang today 5/7/12 spoke to Arun again who advised still waiting on part number. Asked to speak to Ben but he is on another a call, asked for Ben to ring me back and got asked why does Ben need to ring you back!?!
What are my rights here, i have no idea what damage this dodgy leg might be doing to my sofa, I can't seem to get a new leg after 6 weeks of trying and I keep getting fobbed off by Reid. I'm fuming!!!!!!
