Excessive postage.

I paid for special delivery postage and it turns up as a large letter. :mad:

    Contact the seller. Maybe a mistake when posting and they forgot to upgrade.

    They should at least refund you the difference back.

    I agree, contact seller and say there appears to have been a mistake made and ask outright for a refund of the difference.

    If they're refund then I'd be happy to leave a positive and good stars, if to then I might feel that my feedback and stars should be left in order to warn future potential buyers that this seller might be a problem.
