Can't advise on the best one, but take a look at online places for price comparisons/makes/models and measure your car boot etc.

Then write a few down you are interested in that will fit your car and your needs and go and see them if possible if there are any shops/stockists in your area to try them.
How people treat you becomes their karma; how you react becomes yours.

the Pride Elite Traveller scooter range are well made and solid and come apart in four or five parts to fit into car boots so you can take them on holidays no problem also a bigger battery is an option, i bought mine from the flee site, mint condition less than 12 months old 300.00. had it over 18-months. i take it every where. hope that helps. but look round.

I have a Little Star Sterling lightweight scooter that is easy to lift into car boot, fairly good battery life, which is about 2 hours. But beware of where you are going to use it. It doesn't like inclines and struggles to get up the smallest slope. Where the kerbs have been dropped, they have to be almost level with the road surface because there is little clearance underneath with the scooter being close to the ground.

On the plus side, they are ideal for shopping centre's, being easily manoeuvrable through shops and restaurants. Also gives you freedom and I would not be without mine.:)
