Just want to check I've read the specs right

Apart from budget, the big deciders here are memory expansion and bigger internal memory (Aurora) compared to quad core and GPS of the Nexus,

Is the nexus really worth the wait do you think?

I'd go nexus tablet any day, it will get all the software updates direct from google so you'll get them straight away.
