Thames Water Build Over Agreement

Does anyone have any examples of what Thames Water ask for as part of a build over agreement. I live in Richmond and am in the process of planning an extension, we have a manhole in our existing conservatory that will need to be sealed and moved so that rodding access is provided away from the conservatory.

Does anyone have any examples of what Thames Water may require?

We have a mid terraced house and are mid run on the sewer run.

I suggest you post this over in the house buying board (say you were redirected from here) as there are a lot more threads about this sort of thing there, than on this board.
