large talk talk bill due to reverse charge call

had to make a reverse charge call a couple of times whilst out last month and was on the phone less than 5 minutes yet just had my billin for talk talk and the one call is 25.00 the other is nearly 15 quid for two minutes so i have been charged nearly 6.00 a minute for using there service its pushed my normal 40 pounds bill to just over 90 pounds
surely this is a mistake even a call to a competition line only cost me a 1.50
is there any way i can get this reduced ???

No you can't. If you read the talktalk call charges document, you will see that reverse call are always charged high. They have a high connection charge and an equally high per minute charge. And this is true of all providers.0

If you have made a reverse charge call to your TT line this would attract higher call charges. Depending which service provider you use for the reverse charge call will depend on which rate you will pay.

Also there are a number of providers with a different cost for calling - 0800 REVERSE is particularly expensive. Who did you use?0
