105% Part Exchange

I was wondering if anyone has got any experience of this.
Blower homes are offering 105% P/E on selected plots.
Now been to look, like one, house has got 20k reduction on it and they are offering p/e as well.
Got no figures yet but will there be a hidden catch,
and can I get extras like a fences etc
Also is there a buying and selling solicitors fee,
thanks for any help

Of course there is is a catch. if a company can offer you 105% of the value if your home against one of theirs, then it's evident that their houses are way over priced.

perhaps you could get a couple of agents to value your place first to see that the 105% value you are getting is against market value not just the sellers valuation?
It seems to an outsider like me that Blower homes have either built in the 105% already or they need to shift property fast.
In which case go in hard and be prepared to walk, I'd be asking for the lot with bells and whistles on top.
    They can only say no.
