Hi
Logged into DPS to request my deposit back,it says there should be a request payment link but there is not one showing ?
Any ideas where it is please ?
It also says you can update your details online but I can't see a link for that either

What browser are you using? DPS site seems not to work correctly on IOS (Apple) devices - probably a flash issue or something.0

Not sure of the technicallities, but certainly none of the menu bar and drop down menus work on IOS. You can log in and see the initial page and that's as far as you can go.0 -
I had the same problem yesterday, I was logging in with deposit ID and surname but you need to log in with Deposit ID and repayment ID all the details should be there then. HTH

The same id is used for both. If you are having problems just use their helpline, they are usually very quick to answer and very helpful.

Repayment ID must be 5 digits
My deposit ID is 8 digits ?
So back to original question where do I get a repayment ID ?0 -
Just rang them and you can do it via automated service on phone and get it emailed straight away
I only ever received one letter and it never had a repayment ID on it ?0 -
Are you the lead tenant? Only the lead tenant receives the repayment ID so if you are on a joint tenancy and someone else is lead you will not have one. If you are lead then phone them up and they will resend.0
