Civil Enforcement Blackwood Fake Fine or NOT?

Hey I was hoping for some advice a few weeks ago I was parked in KFC at birstall as chiquito's car park was full an yesterday I received a letter saying I had to pay £150 in 28days otherwise my details will be passed to a debt recovery agency the letter is just blue with different sized boxes on but doesnt have a picture of my car on Now I never saw any signs and am extremely worried as I don't wanna be taken to court and I don't want people knocking on my door some people are saying to pay it an others are sayin ignore it so I have no idea what to do I'm just worrying myself sick as I don't have that sort of money the letter says that if I want them to send the photographic evidence that they have them I have to send them £10. Please help as I'm only 22 and really don't wanna make this situation any worse. Thanks

Then ignore, ignore, and ignore again any communication received from 'Civil enforcement ltd' or anyone claiming to act on their behalf.

Yup - just ignore these jokers and do not give their "photographic evidence" another thought. It is quite meaningless here.

You should start your own thread, however the answer is the same, IGNORE, the hard bit is learning how to do it.
Its an impersonation of authority fake parking ticket, just an invoice.
All they will do is issue threats and impersonate debt collectors and solicitors and make more threats and post more scary bull$hit letters.

panda, no need to worry, this is what these morons rely on, folk to worry and pay up,, its a SCAM,,you have a PARKING charge notice=fake,,a genuine one is called a PENALTY charge notice,,only issued by police/traffic warden,,its as simple as that,,yes, you will recieve threat o grams, but they are all part of the scam,,nothing, absolutely nothing can/will happen to you as a result of this FAKE ticket,full stop. relax, chill, glas of wine and dont worry about this SCAM.
