Can someone please help clarify this diagnosis for me

Ok so got the report of diagnosis for my dd today. Its split into 3 separate bits, 2 of which i'm confused about.

The first section talks about her sensory issues and highlights what she scored on sensory profile test and then in dark letters states it is felt she has sensory processing difficulties. Does this mean she has sensory processing disorder?

The second section talks about asd and what it is and how she fits in that area. Again in dark letters it the says she has an autism spectrum disorder and fits under the pda profile. That bit I understand.

The final section talks about her learning difficulties and tests they did, and how they have liased with senior ep who has carried out various cognitive tests on her (report due this week). Then again in dark letters it states she has specific and significant learning difficulties. I have been prewarned the ep has discovered she has dyslexia but thats all ive been told, that accounts for the specific learning difficulty but what does significant learning difficulties mean, is that another referral to the dyslexia or does it mean other things?

If i'm asked what disability my dd has for example, would I say asd, spd and dyslexia, or is it just asd and dyslexia (is the sensory thing part of asd?). I'm a tad confused....doesn't help that the report is very thorough at 36 pages long

It can be confusing, but where the main diagnosis is an ASD they try to ascertain where along the spectrum they are and some children are given a longer overarching diagnosis (my son's is 'autistic spectrum disorder with severe learning disability'). SPD is generally considered to be 'part' of ASD, but it can affect some children disproportionately and some people lack awareness of it, so it does no harm to mention that she also has sensory problems. :)
