Can i get refund ?

I bought a dining set from The modern Home online - when it was delivered I noticed damage to the base, straight away I contacted the company and asked for a refund.
They replied that they wanted to make it up to me and would send out a replacement table base so i agreed.

I then received another email saying that all the bases were out of stock ,but I could use the damaged dining table until replacement was in stock.

Over a month later I still have not received a replacement table.

I bought the dining table as a set of 4 chairs and table- chairs and table top were fine it was just the base that was damaged- company were aware as email stated it looked like an old base was sent out in error(one that had previously be returned by other customer)

Nearly 10 weeks after payment via Barclaycard I still have not received the replacement - would I be entitled to full refund from company - or can I get it via Barclaycard.

I have sent emails to the company but they just seem to say that there are no deliveries in my area at this time.

Any advice please.

    Send a letter before action to the company giving them 14 days to either replace the damaged part or collect the whole order for a full refund. If they ignore that then you should have the choice of a chargeback on your card or putting in for a small claim.
