How best to respond to eBay message...

Hi,

I've been selling on eBay for several years now, on and off mostly clothes and bits that no longer fit. I have a pair of shoes currently listed and today someone bidded. I've also just had a message from the bidder stating if they win, they won't be paying as they thought they were a size 5. They are actually a size 3, which is clearly states in the title and description.

I don't really know how to respond as its their mistake, does anyone have some helpful suggestions?

Many thanks

PetiteFeet

Just cancel their bid and block them.

    Can't you remove their bid?

Yup, cancel and block - no point in selling to someone who doesn't want something or forcing them to go through with the sale.
