How best to respond to eBay message...

Hi,
I've been selling on eBay for several years now, on and off mostly clothes and bits that no longer fit. I have a pair of shoes currently listed and today someone bidded. I've also just had a message from the bidder stating if they win, they won't be paying as they thought they were a size 5. They are actually a size 3, which is clearly states in the title and description.
I don't really know how to respond as its their mistake, does anyone have some helpful suggestions?
Many thanks

Can't you remove their bid?0

Yup, cancel and block - no point in selling to someone who doesn't want something or forcing them to go through with the sale."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
