should do.. you can try doing an import file > import or if you still have access to the machine that OE was on you can do the following

    Old computer
    1. open Outlook Express and to go File
    2. click on Export
    3. click address book
    4. click text file (comma separated values)
    5. In this window type (drive letter):\ address book.csv Since no more floppies, use a jump (flash) drive
    6. then check or uncheck the fields you want listed and hit finish

    In new computer

    1. Open Outlook Express and go to File
    2. click " Import" and then "Other address book"
    3. in this window, click Text file (comma separated value) and hit "Import"
    4. then type (drive letter of flash):\address book.csv (or whatever you named it...or you can browse to it) --then next and finish.
