Will be travelling as 2 adults and 2 children and visiting Bristol?
How long do you need for At Bristol and Bristol Zoo? Could they both be done in a day or is that pushing it?
Many thanks for any advice...

Yes they both could be done in a day but there is a lot to see at both.
It would depend on what time you arrive but i'd say one could be done in the morning, the other in the afternoon. It would take a full day to see both properly.0 -
Thank you, Bella... that's all I needed to know. I think we want to do them justice, so will plump for just one this time around.0

Bear in mind with the zoo that queues at opening can be quite long! Also, there is normally plenty of parking On the side streets so you can avoid the parking charges.0

It depend on the age of the children @bristol has loads for older kids but not so much for tinies - however the zoo is probably bettter for smaller children unless they are animal mad - would think it is doable in a day though if you start as soon as they open - I would recommend taking the bus to the zoo, they run really regularlyproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0

What do you count as tinies? Both mine love it, they are now 7 and 5 but have taken them for a couple of years (dd2 enjoyed the hands on heart and liver dissection last time we went, she was 4 at the time)0 -

Both easily done in a day, although bear in mind that they're a good 2 miles apart.0

We only spent 2-3 hours at Bristol Zoo. We enjoyed it but I cant imagine spending a full day there. We did go in term time though and it was v quiet0
