HI All, i need some advice.
in 2009 i received 1000 RSU`s from my company which is in the US. They have recently vested and I am looking in to having them sold so i can get the binus money. One thing i have realised is that they are holding back 420 of the shares even though i have filled in the relevant paperwork to show that i am not a US citizen and exempt from tax.
Do they still have the right to hold back shares or should i be getting the full ammount?

Would it be better to ask the company why? I mean, they would have better idea why compared to posters on UK forum....
