What do they mean by "admin error"? Do they mean that they issued the court summons in error, or that they had just made some errors on the court papers? It seems a weak excuse. I am inclined to believe that they just said that when somebody called their bluff and stood up to them.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

It's clear from the OP that this was a default judgement and had not been properly defended. I wonder how many more cases on that list fall into the same category.
By the way Hasbeen, there is an glaring grammatical error on your "court" page. Are you intelligent enough to spot it?
Have a good read of this link, I think you may be able to find a few breaches of it, if so report to his local Trading Standards and watch the results
